The Scout Owners Meet-Up is heading to Bend.

Join Scout owners from across the country for three days at Mt. Bachelor filled with good people, incredible places to explore, and plenty of time spent outside.

Ride straight from the mountain, hike through the Cascades, paddle one of the nearby alpine lakes, or simply pull up a chair and spend the afternoon swapping stories with other Scout owners.

Surrounded by the Cascade Mountains, high-desert trails, waterfalls, lakes, and some of the best outdoor recreation in the Pacific Northwest, it’s hard to imagine a better playground for a Scout.

WHEN/SCHEDULE:

September 18-20, 2026

Ride the trails at Mt. Bachelor. Hike to Tumalo Falls. Head out for a paddle on one of the Cascade Lakes. Take on the mountain’s ZipTour. Explore Bend. Or just stick around camp and spend some time with the Scout community.

WHY:

The Owners Meet-Up is a chance to put the maps away for a weekend, meet fellow Scout owners, trade stories and ideas, see how other people have made their campers their own, and spend a few days enjoying the reason we all do this in the first place.

Who can attend the Scout Owners Meet-Up?

The event is designed for the Scout owner community. Whether you’ve owned your Scout for years or recently joined the community, we’d love to have you join us.

Where is the event?

The 2026 U.S. Scout Owners Meet-Up will be hosted at Mt. Bachelor near Bend, Oregon. Specifically at the Sunrise Lodge at the resort. We will have flags and guidance.

Detailed arrival, camping, and check-in information will be shared with registered attendees before the event.

When should I arrive?

The Meet-Up runs Friday, September 18 through Sunday, September 20, 2026.

Additional arrival and departure details will be provided to registered attendees.

Do I need to RSVP?

Yes. Please RSVP in advance so we can plan camping logistics, food, and event details accordingly.

Will food be provided?

We’ll be hosting a big community dinner Saturday night for registered attendees.

Plan to bring your own breakfast and lunch food, drinks, and camp kitchen setup for other meals throughout the weekend unless otherwise communicated before the event.

Is there a set schedule?

We’re intentionally keeping things simple.

There will be opportunities to gather as a group, including our big Saturday night dinner, but we also want everyone to have plenty of time to explore Bend and Mt. Bachelor at their own pace.

Think less conference, more really good camping weekend.

What is there to do nearby?

A lot.

Mt. Bachelor and Bend put you within easy reach of lift-accessed mountain biking, hiking, waterfalls, alpine lakes, paddling, canoeing, ziplining, scenic drives, and everything Bend has to offer.

You could spend a week here and still have more to explore.

Should I bring my mountain bike?

If you ride, absolutely.

Mt. Bachelor has a lift-served bike park right at the resort. Check Mt. Bachelor directly for current trail conditions, operating hours, lift tickets, and rental availability before your trip.

Should I bring a paddleboard, kayak, or canoe?

If you have room, bring it.

Central Oregon’s Cascade Lakes offer some incredible opportunities to get out on the water, with numerous lakes accessible from the Mt. Bachelor and Bend area.

Always check current access, weather, and water conditions before heading out.
