The annual Canadian Scout Owners Meet-up is heading to Whistler. Join Scout owners from across Canada for three days filled with good people, incredible places to explore, and plenty of time spent outside.

WHERE:

Whistler Olympic Park, 1500 Callaghan Valley Road, Whistler, British Columbia V0N 1B0, Canada

Surrounded by the Coast Mountains, alpine lakes, waterfalls, forests, and some of the best outdoor recreation in British Columbia, it’s hard to imagine a better playground for a Scout.

WHEN/SCHEDULE:

September 25–27, 2026

Ride or hike the trails at Whistler Olympic Park. Climb the Ski Jump Scramble. Head out to Madeley Falls or Callaghan Lake. Play a round of disc golf. Explore Whistler. Or just stick around camp and spend some time with the Scout community.

WHY:

The Owners Meet-Up is a chance to put the maps away for a weekend, meet fellow Scout owners, trade stories and ideas, see how other people have made their campers their own, and spend a few days enjoying the reason we all do this in the first place.

Who can attend the Scout Owners Meet-Up?

The event is designed for the Scout owner community. Whether you’ve owned your Scout for years or recently joined the community, we’d love to have you join us.

Where is the event?

The 2026 Canadian Scout Owners Meet-Up will be hosted at Whistler Olympic Park in the Callaghan Valley near Whistler, British Columbia. We will have flags and guidance when you arrive.

Detailed arrival, camping, and check-in information will be shared with registered attendees before the event.

When should I arrive?

The Meet-Up runs Friday, September 25 through Sunday, September 27, 2026.

Additional arrival and departure details will be provided to registered attendees.

Do I need to RSVP?

Will food be provided?

We’ll be hosting a big community dinner Saturday night for registered attendees.

Plan to bring your own breakfast and lunch food, drinks, and camp kitchen setup for other meals throughout the weekend unless otherwise communicated before the event.

Is there a set schedule?

We’re intentionally keeping things simple.

There will be opportunities to gather as a group, including our big Saturday night dinner, but we also want everyone to have plenty of time to explore Whistler Olympic Park and the surrounding area at their own pace.

Think less conference, more really good camping weekend.

What is there to do nearby?

A lot.

Whistler Olympic Park and the Callaghan Valley put you within easy reach of hiking, mountain biking, waterfalls, alpine lakes, summer biathlon, disc golf, pickleball, scenic drives, and everything Whistler has to offer.

You could spend a week here and still have more to explore.
