WHEN/SCHEDULE:
October 24–26, 2025
Three days of camping, conversation, and good company. Expect live music, good food, pontoon boat rides, a sauna, and plenty more.

WHY:
Because Scout isn’t just about campers — it’s about the people who bring them to life. This weekend is our chance to connect with the Scout community, enjoy great food and live music, and share the experience of simple, sustainable camping together.

SCHEDULE: 

Friday, October 24

• 12:00–3:30 PM — Scout Hub Open House (Abbotsford)
   • Welcome lunch, hangout, tours

• 4:00 PM — Convoy departs Hub for Harrison Lake (1.5 hr drive)
  *Dinner not provided

Saturday, October 25

• 6:00–9:00 AM — Light beach breakfast by LAND (cinnamon buns, yogurt parfaits, coffee)

• 12:00–5:00 PM — Freetime / Games / Suana / Swimming (Bring your paddleboards, kayaks, and canoes!)

• 5:00–6:00 PM — Dinner served

• 5:30–8:30 PM — Live music

• 7:00 PM — Group raffle & dessert

• 8:00 PM onward — Outdoor sauna + campfire hangout

Sunday, October 26

• Morning — Breakfast and Goodbyes (Food not provided on Sunday)

• 11:00 AM — Checkout
