SCOUT x SITKA Edition Camper
Two brands. One shared approach to the outdoors. Ten purpose-built backcountry basecamps. Scout Campers and SITKA came together with a shared goal: build durable, lightweight, high-performance gear that helps people go farther and stay out longer.
The result is the Scout × SITKA Edition Olympic Hard Wall – a limited run of just 10 campers, built at our facility in Yakima, Washington. All 10 are built and available for immediate pickup with no wait time, while supplies last. Pickup is available exclusively at Scout Hub 001 in Abbotsford, BC, or Scout Hub 002 in Yakima, Washington.
DESIGNED AROUND LIFE IN THE FIELD
We started by working with the Sitka team and looking at how hunters and anglers actually use a camper over the course of a day. You leave before first light. You come back with wet boots, muddy layers, waders, packs, bows, rods, and equipment that needs somewhere to go. Then you need to dry everything out, reset, and be ready to do it again the next morning.
Those realities shaped the SITKA Edition. Both Scout and Sitka are committed to designing and building products that help you go deeper into the backcountry, stay longer, and get closer to nature.
A MUD ROOM THAT KEEPS THE OUTSIDE OUT
Wet boots and muddy gear are part of the pursuit. Living with them inside your camper doesn’t have to be.
We redesigned the entry around a dedicated mud room and heated gear locker, creating a place to shed wet equipment before it enters the main living space. New custom heat ducting directs heat into the locker to help dry boots, gloves, waders, and outer layers overnight.
Come back wet. Hang it up. Turn on the heat. Start the next morning with dry gear.
STORAGE DESIGNED AROUND THE EQUIPMENT
Hunting and fishing equipment doesn’t always fit neatly into traditional camper cabinets. The Scout x SITKA Edition Camper adds a custom Zarges bow storage solution, interior and exterior MOLLE organization, and expanded storage for bows, rifles, rods, packs, and field equipment.
The goal wasn’t simply more storage. It was giving the equipment you actually bring a place of its own.
MORE SPACE WHEN YOU NEED IT
Bulky layers, packs, and equipment require room to move. A new wall-mounted folding table can be put away when it isn’t needed, opening up the center of the camper for changing, organizing equipment, or moving around. Integrated floor storage puts additional space to work without adding more cabinetry to the living area.
A NEW ENTRY DOOR
For this project, we also took another look at one of the largest openings in the camper. The SITKA Edition introduces Scout’s new insulated entry door, designed around better insulation, sealing, durability, and four-season use. Every door is from a trusted manufacturer that leads the industry in durable, long-lasting design.
BUILT WITH THE RIGHT GEAR
We partnered with brands that share our approach to building dependable equipment for the outdoors. From a Kammok Crosswing and Dometic refrigeration to Baja Designs lighting, Garmin controls, Zarges storage, and Starlink connectivity, every component was selected for a reason: to make life in the field simpler, more capable, and more comfortable.
No unnecessary additions. Just good gear that earns its place.
